Indoor tracks are usually built a day or 2 before events and the track is green & Tires are compensated for advantage

Only for certain races is there an advantage & that is indoors & betting on a lot of cautions. :imo

On race day we may start out at 5 & 6 psi or 6 & 7 and go up a pound or more in those conditions . See stockers go up to 10-12 psi. Or however much they can go & keep it under em. Lol
