A mentor puts you in check, a mentee should also give value to the mentor. I believe is a two way thing, this is a different perspective though.

FOLLOW WHO KNOW ROAD - 09/01/2022 There's an added advantage when you have someone who you can talk to. It won't hurt of you have someone who's more like a mentor, role model... Someone who can help you run your career. A popular Chinese proverb says "To know the road ahead, ask those coming back". When you have someone who you're accountable for, you'll always be on your toes. A mentor pushes you to get closer to your goals. Mentors help us quicken our responses to life. If you don't have a mentor, you're not utilising partnership. Make sure your mentor brings out the best in you, not because you like them. You need someone who has not only experience, but understanding, intelligent, godly, wisdom and knowledge. Make sure you follow who know road! 2022 is about you! About mounting the stage to success. FOLLOW WHO KNOW ROAD; SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP YOU. It can be two mentors, or more, but on specific department.
