In this episode, John and Paolo cover the recent endeavours of Pop Culture icons Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, the Kardashians in general and the excellency of modern hip hop leaders. They then move into usual Aftermath Podcast film theorycrafting and analysis.

What’s going on? John has all the answers as Paolo asks the hard questions. The conversation then takes a rather insightful turn, we ask the question if Kim Kardashian devised the ultimate modern celebrity blueprint.

Is part of that blueprint to deliver an actual product, or to deliver an aesthetic or vibe? Or are those two things part of one essential package the modern entertainment sphere demands? Perhaps Kanye knows… because one thing’s for sure “Black Skinhead” went hard and changed the game.

One game yet to change is America’s juridical system that favours one of the parents during a split, if anyone’s seen Noah Baumbach’s Marriage Story, you’ll know about this. It's one of the reasons we couldn’t find ourselves supporting Kim alongside Kanye during the split, we even tried watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians to see if we could understand!
In the end, the children suffer a lot from these splits, as if modern teens didn't have enough problems of their own. A viewing of HBO MAX and BINGE’s Euphoria delivers that message in a surreal yet vivid way.
