show moreHaving the mindset of waiting for the perfect time or waiting for life to get better before starting your journey is pretty normal, believe me. I see and hear this all the time with some of my clients and women that I talk to on social media. But where has this mindset gotten you? Are you where you want to be? Most likely not, right? Why? Simply because that perfect moment will never arrive. If you cannot work around it when life throws challenges at you, you will simply never make fitness a part of your lifestyle.
Think about it this way: Do you call your power provider and put it on hold when you go on a three-week vacation or when work gets too stressful? Probably not because you still need that power at home no matter what is going on in your life. It's the exact same with fitness.
