In today's podtalks with Richu, we answered some of the questions you guys asked us on our social media. Most of these questions were about the festive season and how to ensure you don't throw away all the hard work you have done over the past few months.
It's very common to feel this way around this time of the year, as we know we have more social gatherings and events to attend to. But a really good point that Richu mentioned is that we have to start normalizing fitness.
Fitness should be part of our routine, not just something that we do or "try" for a short period of time. This is a lifestyle that we are creating for ourselves, so just because this month is a bit busier than others, it doesn't mean that all your hard work will go to waste, BELIEVE ME! Stop thinking that way and start enjoying these special moments with your loved ones.
