Pre talks about awareness, fitness, and being subjective when watching the news. Generally being aware is being mindful of your surroundings. Being able to recognize when things don't seem right. Normally when we walk around we don't pay attention to what is going on around us. That is a problem. I want people to take their heads out of their phones and start paying attention to who is walking around.

Coming off of a cold winter is great. Problem is our muscles are tight and need to be loosened up for spring and summer activity. Paying attention to your body is crucial. If you don't injuries will occur and you don't want that happening.

Watching the news can be difficult. Depending on what you watch, you are most likely getting a point of view from a specific political agenda. It seems the days of the facts being put out to the people are gone. Now if you are right or left you get news telling you what that specific outlet wants you to hear. Tailored news towards a specific agenda. It stokes the flame. This is a problem. Most noteworthy is a lot of people don't have a problem with this. Probably because they don't know that it is happening. So I ask that we be subjective. Take what is put out and investigate ourselves to make sure we get the facts.
