This week we review a recent large scale study on catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT) in children which is based on two large international registries. How do outcomes differ between those symptomatic CPVT patients treated with or without an ICD? Who amongst symptomatic CPVT pediatric patients likely warrant an ICD?
