Continuing the series "Finding Joy In Life," today's theme is "Lasting Joy 4U". Jesus wants us to know where lasting joy comes from, how it benefits our lives and how to maintain it. Knowing that joy is different than happiness in that it comes from trusting God. Lasting joy makes us feel secure and gives us the ability to handle hardship. Jesus showed us lasting joy by reflecting on God's word, worshiping through singing, practicing peacemaking, encouraging relationships, and investing in helping others.
