Our home had previously been a rental home, and apparently had several renters, then sat empty for 9 months before we bought it. There's definitely something here, but it's not bad. I felt as though the house itself was happy to have us look at it because it was feeing us out as much as we were doing that to it. 18 years later, we're still here! People have seen, heard, felt things here but no one bad experiences. 🙂
