I personally have been through my fair share of toxic relationships, so I want to help others who may be experiencing their own share of toxic situations. It is important to set boundaries in any type of relationship. This does not just involve significant other relationships, this includes your work environment, family, etc. 

No one deserves to have the feeling of holding a grudge. We have to lay this down at God’s feet and let him take care of the wicked because it is not up to us to deal with it. 

“Jesus remained silent,” this reminds us to not go back and forth with a toxic person. Going back and forth with this person, is only going to bring toxic traits out of yourself. They do not deserve to see you turn into someone you are not. Being around this person will pull characteristics out of you that are not of you anymore.
