No one except me has put forward the theory that Gary Rowett had a disagreement with Adam Barratt over tea selection or style of play. Supposing that was the case..and Adam's comments about having his own style, could be constued as an indication of that, then perhaps Gary felt he couldn't continue. It's worth thinking about.
