John O Shea - Waterford's Newly crowned "Greatest Sporting Hero" John O Shea is in studio with Nigel to talk about winning a European Championships as an U16 player, what it was like marking Ronaldo - and whether or not nutmegging Figo was his greatest moment.

Nigel talks to Tomás McArthy about the GAA Club Championships that returned last weekend - this weekend sees the return of senior hurling with Ballygunnar and Tallow throwing in on Friday night.

Nigel is out at a Ballygunner training session to talk team Physio Siobhain Fitzpatrick about the physical challenges that players are facing coming back from covid - soft tissue damage, broken fingers and dsiloactaed shoulders are all par for the course at the moment.

Nigel visits the Cul Camp in Mt Sion to talk to the organizers about the camps which almost didn't run this year. Kids are back out and about, able to socialise with their friends and finally emerging from the irregularity of lock down.
