On this episode of Startup Life Show we’re talking about stepping into our authority.
How often have you said “Of course I know what I’m doing” ... even though you felt like you had no idea what you were doing?
Perhaps you heard a voice in your head say, “You’re an imposter!”
This happens to all founders.
There is no training for this role. Most newly minted founders have no experience running a company. So it’s easy to feel clueless and uncertain.
To help founders overcome the imposter syndrome, I'm sharing a segment from a live video interview I had a few years ago with Blair Glaser, an authority and leadership expert and a dear friend of mine who I often turn to for authority advice.
For 17 years Blair Glaser has been helping people and businesses design creative, sustainable, dynamic environments where connection and good work can thrive. She shares her pearls of wisdom for tapping into your personal authority so you can fully show up for you and your business. After all, you are the author of your life. You must learn to stand unaplogetically in your competence… a space in which a world of possibility is at your command.
I know you will enjoy this delicious and impactful conversation!
