Nic Whitfield is a coach, trainer and facilitator focusing on leadership and team development for Future Foundations. His experience ranges from leading expeditions in Antarctica to managing the performance of the English Rugby League team. Australian-born and now based in England, Nic tells us his journey to discovering authenticity in his own life and how that has informed his work helping people be the best they can be at whatever they choose, so that they feel good about themselves and others.
