Vladimir Adonis
It all started with a dream and asking that question: how else can success be defined? About 15 years ago he started working in higher education for an online university and worked his way up to an executive level position, but after 5 years he realized this was not what he wanted his future to be.
Vladimir started an online dating/dancing business. After spending close to 30K for the project membership was not increasing. Instead of giving up he went on a mission to learn how to do lead generation, marketing, membership growth and Facebook ads. After gaining some growth he learned he was in violation of copyright laws (dancing video content), so to avoid legal ramification he closed the business.
Even though he felt defeated he still moved forward with his entrepreneurial journey taking what he learned about lead generation and marketing, he started hosting his own workshops. After hosting 60 local marketing workshops the business became full-time. Vladimir recently started a Facebook group called Black Creators Connect. The goal of the group is to support other entrepreneurs and provide a space to connect and gain the knowledge and skills for a better life and a better business.
