My guest today is Greg Stern, Chief Foot Officer and Owner of “From The Ground Up Physiotherapy” .

After a serious ankle injury at 19 years old, Greg suffered from constant chronic pain that affected him physically and mentally. When surgery and rehabilitation professionals were unable to help pull him out of his dark place he chose to dive deeper into the understanding of his own body and apply his expanding knowledge to slowly restructure his body and heal his physical and mental self.

His goal is to help people see that injuries are not only a process of recovery, but an opportunity to learn, be curious, correct issues, and tap into potential you never knew you had!
