Welcome back to the studio.  This is My Day of Play, where you’re taken into the real events and actions of how it happens long before the process of editing or cleaning up.  This is how it really went.  Although I was being crushed by the effects of Covid, the journey was and has been to keep marching forward.  We begin things with a ton of technical difficulties caused by the after effects of Hurricane slash tropical storm Helene which had us recording with battery operated equipment and very little to no internet power.  The first conversation was completely perfect.  We were talking about extreme weather on PBS with Maiya May.
