First, after the newe, Father Chris and Father Neil talk a newish exorcism horror film - The Pope's Exorcist starring Russell Crowe. Then, after some news, they let a alien scarab climb up their b-holes with DC's newest effort- Blue Beetle. Are they good? Do they suck? You gotta listen to hear out thoughts.

The Pope's Exorcist is a 2023 supernatural horror film directed by Julius Avery from a screenplay by Michael Petroni and Evan Spiliotopoulos, based on the 1990 book An Exorcist Tells His Story and the 1992 book An Exorcist: More Stories by Father Gabriele Amorth. The film stars Russell Crowe as Amorth, with Daniel Zovatto, Alex Essoe, and Franco Nero in supporting roles.

Production began in 2020 when Screen Gems purchased the rights to Amorth's story. After a directorial replacement and script revisions, filming occurred in Ireland from August to October 2022.

The Pope's Exorcist was released in several international countries beginning on April 5, 2023, and in the United States on April 14. The film received mixed reviews from critics and grossed $76 million worldwide.


Blue Beetle is a 2023 American superhero film based on the DC character Jaime Reyes / Blue Beetle. Produced by DC Studios and The Safran Company, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is the 14th installment of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).[a] The film was directed by Ángel Manuel Soto and written by Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer, and stars Xolo Maridueña as Jaime Reyes / Blue Beetle alongside Adriana Barraza, Damián Alcázar, Raoul Max Trujillo, Susan Sarandon, and George Lopez.
