Alright, folks, it's time to dive into your Florida coastal waters forecast. Let's see what Mother Nature has in store for us.
For the Atlantic coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef and the Gulf coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee, get ready for a mix of weather goodies this weekend.
Today, we're looking at soft to moderate southwesterly to southerly winds around 10 to 15 miles per hour. Seas will be gentle, around 2 feet or less. Keep an eye out for a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Tonight, winds will remain around 10 to 15 miles per hour from the south-southwest. Seas sticking to 2 feet or less. And yes, more chances of showers and thunderstorms.
Sunday, expect lighter winds from the south-southwest around 5 to 10 miles per hour, with seas remaining calm. Showers are on the horizon in the morning and a stormy afternoon ahead.
As we roll into next week, winds will shift to the west and then north, bringing a mix of showers and the occasional thunderstorm. So grab your rain gear and get ready for some wet fun!
