A teenager admits to a high profile murder in Parkersburg. Governor Jim Justice will be pushing his income tax reduction plan in the eastern panhandle today even as the House of Delegates holds a public hearing on it's own, more modest version of the idea. Some lawmakers want to open up the sports books to more outlets and legislation to loosen restrictions on edible medical marijuana advances.
