TW: Anxiety/Depression/ptsd
Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new series here on The Other Side Podcast called Mental Notes. Where we will be talking about mental illness and how we deal with it in our daily lives. We feel like these episodes are going to go deep into our own personal experiences when dealing with things like depression, panic disorder, anxiety, ptsd, and more. We wanted to create this series as an outlet for those who are struggling and to reassure our listeners that it’s okay to experience these thoughts or feelings and to know they are not alone. In the midst of a global pandemic and uncertain times, we think it’s a good idea to create this safe space to talk about things that cloud our minds and try and find some clarity amongst ourselves with you all. Our first episode will be a soft opening into anxiety. Later in the series we will divide this topic as needed and go more into detail. Thanks for listening ✨ Follow us on IG: @theothersidechannel for more info/updates ✨
