Alright folks, let's dive into the East Central Florida Coastal Waters Forecast for today. Buckle up, it's gonna be a wet and wild ride!
Synopsis: We've got that Atlantic high pressure ridge chilling over Central Florida, keeping things relatively stable for now. Expect light south to southeast winds today, picking up near the coast to about 10 to 15 knots in the afternoons. Watch out for those isolated to scattered showers and lightning storms dancing around the local waters.
Now, for our friends cruising closer to Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet:
Today: South winds kicking off at 5 to 10 knots, swinging southeast by the afternoon. Seas hovering around 2 to 3 feet - not too shabby. Don't forget the sunscreen while you dodge those occasional showers and thunderstorms!
Tonight: South winds sticking around 5 to 10 knots, with seas holding steady at 2 to 3 feet. Keep an eye out for some lingering showers and storms in the evening.
Saturday: Southeasterly winds at 5 to 10 knots, seas maintaining their 2 to 3-foot height. Just a heads up - chances of more showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.
