Richland County Board of Elections director, Matt Finfgeld, joined WMAN on Tuesday morning, Election Day, to preview what is on the ballot in the county.  Matt shares about how many workers are needed for the general election in Richland County, along with predicting around a 70% turnout locally. Finfgeld told WMAN, early voting in Richland County was 37%, which was just over 29,000.  There are 80,000 registered voters in Richland County.
