Hey there, beachgoers! It's time for your surf zone forecast for the beautiful beaches of Maine and New Hampshire. So grab your boards and let's dive in!

For today, we've got partly sunny skies with a moderate UV index. No thunderstorms on the horizon, but we do have a high surf advisory until 8 PM. Expect high temperatures in the lower 60s with northeast winds around 10 mph. The surf height is around 8 feet, making it perfect for some thrilling waves. Just watch out for those rip currents as the risk is high.

As we move into Tuesday, it's mostly sunny with similar conditions. The surf height drops slightly to around 7 feet, still great for some surfing fun. Keep an eye on those tides at Hampton Beach - low tide at 10:08 AM and high tide at 4:08 PM.

Looking ahead to the rest of the week, we're seeing surf heights around 5 to 6 feet with some chances of showers on Thursday. So be prepared for some wet fun in the waves!

Remember, always check with local beach patrols about rip currents, swim within sight of a lifeguard, and never underestimate the power of the ocean. Most importantly, have fun out there and stay safe!
