The Mind is a powerful tool, it's content can either destroy or do you good.



Sensual thoughts has the capacity to leave us empty and void of life. The more we meditate on such thoughts, the more it drags our lives down the drain of Pain, guilt and Death.



But meditation on the word of God cleanses our mind and gives the Holy spirit control over our thoughts. Hence, Life and peace fills our Journey on earth and hereafter.
