She has such a great appreciation for Coach Sarah, not only because she has helped and guided her to loose over 60lbs, but because she knows she will be there for her in many other aspects of her life.
As Coaches we are always behind the scenes helping make our athletes better, and the ones that truly care are the ones who make this type of an impact in peoples lives, enough to make them want to share their appreciation. Sarah you're a great friend and I just felts it was time for one of your Athletes to say it besides myself.
