It wasn’t always pretty, but the Los Angeles Chargers got it done in crunch time and kept their playoff hopes alive, narrowly defeating the Arizona Cardinals 25-24 last Sunday. Despite being gashed on the ground and allowing 181 rushing yards, the Bolts' defense dug in late in the fourth quarter and didn’t allow a single first down over Arizona’s final four drives. This kept L.A. in the game and opened the door for a majestic game-winning drive led by Justin Herbert who finished 35-for-47 with 274 yards and three touchdowns. Instead of kicking the extra point to push the game to overtime, Head Coach Brandon Staley went back to his aggressive ways and elected to go for two.
