42, Living in the Now

Mark Cozijnsen lives in the Netherlands. His calm, peaceful and aware presence can be felt in this interview.

Mark lost his parents, Margreet and Gert, in his young adulthood. He left college to be with his mother and tells the beautiful yet heartbreaking story of the time they had together. Mark wrote a eulogy for his mother and read it to her as he cared for her in her home.

Mark met his partner, Mel, as they were both traveling and they are now married with a small son, Roan. Mark discusses what it's like to become a parent when your only living parent is unable to comprehend that he is a grandparent.
