Tonight our very special guest is Reid Burrows originally from the small town of Grand Bay-Westfield here in NB. Reid was racing triathlons nationally and internationally and then an accident changed everything. Reid is now promoting a link between mental health and trail running and that is where our conversation mainly goes. Reid tells us of his mental health issues and how it all started, how he is dealing with it and how it absolutely will not win over him. Reid is a fighter and once you hear his story, you will see that life is indeed what you make of it.
