In this 2 part series we discuss the 2 major themes of my year without social media: (1) taking HONEST responsibility and (2) facing my values. Part 1 dives into honest responsibility: when too much responsibility is the issue versus when lack of responsibility is the issue, and the importance of using responsibility as a tool to make you feel and be your BEST. Part 2 dives into everything VALUES-BASED, giving a direct use of living values-based by sharing where I'm at with re-introducing social media into my life and routines.
