Legal scholars are weighing in on the validity and need of a gag order as broad in scope as the one that has now been issued by Judge Marshall. While there certainly is a need to control information leaking from the trial, there is also a need for transparency from the government.
In this episode, we take a look at the fine line that has to be walked by Judge Marshall and the court in Idaho when it comes to respecting the first amendment and safeguarding Bryan Kohberger's right to a fair trial.
