show moreLaith comes from a musical family, with the exception of his father who only listened to Arabic classical music growing up. When his parents divorced, Laith had the freedom to pursue all types of music, and learned how to play several instruments. Laith studied Jazz at the University of Michigan, and then went on to be the lead singer of the Detroit Lions’ pep band. Since college, he has worked as a full time musician and opened for big names like B.B. King and Gregg Allman.
