In the UK its estimated that over 430,000 people are suffering from compulsive gambling addictions.

Picking up your phone or tablet is easier than a walk to the bookies. As much as it can be applauded that gambling shops are working hard to reduce statistics of their industry ruining people’s lives, its also acknowledged in this episode more can be done.

Darren was very brave to accept my invitation to come on the Healthy Distraction podcast and discuss what used to be his habits but also sharing his coping mechanisms and how he escaped such a bad addiction.
