Too many of us go through life obtaining information. We go to seminars, webinars, listen to podcasts, and even go to school to obtain knowledge. Knowledge is not enough. You must couple the knowledge with action...not just any action, but consistent action. When you love yourself, you don’t dabble. You roll up your sleeves and get in the arena. We begin by committing to love ourselves, and then we use our ability to give ourselves a command to follow through with what we have learned. It’s called self-discipline.
