The first is Newton District Court judge Shelley Joseph, who is awaiting an obstruction of justice trial after she allowed an illegal alien to exit the back door of her courthouse knowing federal authorities were waiting in the lobby to take him into custody. The second is Boston Municipal Judge Richard Sinnott, who refused requests from prosecutors to let counter -protesters who were charged with assaulting police officers go free.
