John Podhoretz referring to the Kingdom of Jordan as 'A country of very little use to the world in general,' was gratuitous and offensive, as was his dismissal of its creation so as to suggest it is somehow 'illegitimate'. Quite simply, IT IS--your disrespect and denigration notwithstanding. Applying your offensive standards, to how many countries throughout the world could they apply? You further, implicitly demean the citizens of the kingdom by incessantly dividing them between Palestinian and non-Palestinian. They are all, equally, subjects of their king deserving respect. You owe them an apology.
