Whether motivating participants in the gym to reach their fitness goals, or educating individuals of the harmful toxins hidden in many household products & sharing safer, all-natural options. The common factor is building relationships that encourage successful results. Most importantly, I am a wife, mom of 2 teenage boys & huge fan of meeting new people & helping the m feel healthier & confident from the inside – out.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 43 followed by 5 surgeries & 18 months of treatment, (coupled with dealing with anxiety/depression), I am passionate about helping others. By sharing coping strategies, helping them incorporate healthy daily habits & empowering them to take control of their lives.
