Mandy will share her journey through a divorce that turned her world "upside down" and made her life and mind more chaotic. She will share her experiences will being able to calm her anxious mind through the practice of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Breath work.
Mandy noticed a transformation to her body and mind. She was more peaceful and calm and more able to put the "past in the past" and move forward in her life. Mandy will share her experience with Yoga and "what the mat can do for you."
As a result of a Yoga and Mindfulness practice she was able to believe more in herself, be empowered to make choices, set boundaries, and feel more contentment and peace in her life. Mandy will talk about the freedom from limiting beliefs and stories that Yoga can provide. She will explore the basics of Yoga, moving with the breath, and how to respond rather than react in daily life. Mandy will teach us about different poses that work together to create more peace, wholeness, and let go of tension and stress.
