In this episode Jamie has a PTSD Buddy Chat with Jason as Jason talks about his PTSD and how it affected his life. Years ago Jason was in a very bad car accident and it has left Jason with PTSD. Jason takes us through that day of the accident so trigger warning to anyone that feel they may be triggered by such a story. He also talks about the PTSD symptoms he now deals with because of this trauma. But he is beating his PTSD and he shares with us some of the things he does to beat PTSD. One of those things is helping others and Jason says he is here to help anyone dealing with PTSD.
