Hu: A napfény aranyló sugarai húztak sejtelmes csíkokat a budapesti utcák felett, ahol János, a főszereplőnk épp egy park padján ült. János kezében egy apró, kopott, könyvecske volt, mely az ő legnagyobb kíváncsiságát és az egyben legnagyobb félelmét is hordozta.
En: The golden rays of sunlight drew mysterious stripes over the streets of Budapest, where our protagonist, János, was sitting on a park bench. In János' hands, there was a small, worn book, which held his greatest curiosity and his greatest fear at the same time.

Hu: Az otthoni kényelem helyett, János a parkokban és kávézókban, a város nyüzsgő életének édes zsongásában találta meg azt a környezetet, amely a leginkább alkalmas volt tanulmányi céljaihoz. Körülötte egyre csapódott szét a nyári est langyos szellője, miközben szemeivel az oldalakon félénken vándorolt.
