Tim Hale was your standard every day Trump supporter. Never been in any real trouble. Thought correctly that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. Came out to see President Trump speak on January 6th. Approximately 30 minutes after the first people entered the Capitol, Tim strolled over to see what was happening there. Because he entered the building and took a few selfies, Hale was eventually arrested and charged with a felony. Tim most likely would have been charged with a misdemeanor if the Feds hadn't found a picture on his phone that was taken as a joke one year before the J6 mostly peaceful protest.
