This week I'm very happy to have on Illinois State Representative Ann Williams. She is currently serving her 6th term as State Representative of the 11th District on Chicago’s North Side. The district includes the Chicago neighborhoods of West Lakeview, Roscoe Village and Northcenter, and parts of Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood and Ravenswood Manor. We discuss our city and state as well as 11th District breweries, Twisted Hippo, Half Acre, Begyle, Dovetail, Corridor, Burning Bush, Metropolitan, and coming in the fall, Hop Butcher. I'll have Begyle's Coffee and Vanilla Flannel Pajamas as my Beer In Front.
Next week from June 28th-July 5th, Beermiscuous located at 2812 North Lincoln Avenue will have a Taste of the 11th District with beers from Half Acre, Begyle, Dovetail, and Metropolitan.
