China is among the factors in the current milk price slump. But what is happening inside that country’s dairy industry? The Irish Farmers Journal's Digital editor Thomas Hubert met Kevin She Baoqing, a Chinese dairy planner, at this month’s Nuffield contemporary scholars conference in Cavan.
