OP’s boyfriend is loving and caring, overall an amazing boyfriend, except for the fact that he simply doesn’t like his mother. He calls her once a month and keeps her at arm's length. However, he’s really pushing OP to have a relationship with her and OP thinks this is a strange red flag.
