Join us in today's episode where we explore the power of positive affirmations, intentionally "digging trenches" with our thoughts and words to manifest the lives we want.
The Power of Positive Affirmations: We discuss how affirmations can reprogram our thoughts and beliefs to be more positive. When done consistently, they help dig intentional trenches towards desired outcomes.
Choosing Positive Language: This section focuses on being mindful of our self-talk and using positive language instead of negative. We can't control everything but we can choose what we repeat to ourselves.
Stories on the Impact of Affirmations: Inspired by research and real-life anecdotes, these stories demonstrate the life-changing effects of positive affirmations. They emphasize that transformational change starts from within.
Affirmation: I Declare the Life I Want
I write it. I think it. I confess it.
I declare the life I want. What I put in my mind comes out in my life.
Every action originates in my thoughts. Every word I say originates in my thoughts.
Every attitude I express originates in my thoughts.
I declare the life I want. I write it. I think it, I confess it. What I put in my mind comes out in my life. I only repeat what I want to show up, and so it is.
Today’s Assignment:
Write down 3-5 positive affirmations you'd like to focus on. Repeat them consistently.
Be mindful of negative self-talk. Replace it consciously with positive alternatives.
