If you plan to improve your preaching, you must have a strategy for sermon feedback. That strategy needs to include your own evaluation of your sermon. It needs to include a conscious effort on your part and a strategy whereby you actually watch and listen to your sermons and seek to improve them. However, inviting others to give feedback on your preaching and sermons is an important aspect of receiving good sermon feedback.
