This video covers how to buy a house in under 8 hours. When I started out in real estate, I would show my first buyers several homes day after day. After much frustration and searching, I said to myself, “there has got to be a better way to get people into homes more quickly than this.” I needed to figure out what is really important to people, what are they looking for? Real estate and the process for buying a home is not that complicated. Much too often people tend to overcomplicate the home buying process. What you need to do is take a step back and take a deep breath. After my experience, I put together a game plan that I’ve been implementing for years that saves so much time for everyone involved. Therefore, I came up with this 2 step process for how to buy a house quickly: 1- There are four questions you need to ask yourself, and 2- There are three critical elements to look for in a property.
There are 4 questions that I ask all of my clients during our introductory session. What is the absolute minimum of square footage that you want in a home? What is your desired year built? What areas do you want to be in (in order of priority)? And lastly, what is your absolute maximum amount that you would want to spend? Take these four questions, initially expand your search criteria, then contract and refine it. We have to be working together as a team for your home search. When we are on the same page based on your specific criteria, this can help narrow your search results and save all our time running around with multiple showings over a period of several days figuring out what you are really looking for in a home.
