He Has Risen! The Resurrection in Us, Here & Now pt 2 ~ ACIM First 50 & Satsang/w Dear One

*ACIM T-20.I.1:1-5 *The Vision of Holiness

*I. Holy Week 1. This is Palm Sunday, the celebration of victory and the acceptance of the truth. ²Let us not spend this holy week brooding on the crucifixion of God’s Son, but happily in the celebration of his release. ³For Easter is the sign of peace, not pain. ⁴A slain Christ has no meaning. ⁵But a risen Christ becomes the symbol of the Son of God’s forgiveness on himself; the sign he looks upon himself as healed and whole.

This Satsang immediately followed, as all of our Satsang's do, with a review of the first 50 lessons of "A Course in Miracles". There was a palpable activation in the room and Dear One encouraged an awareness of the continuous flow of these Light activations and the opportunities to extend as we go about our "busy doings". A reminder was also offered to follow the specific guidance given in "The Course" in the application of these lessons and resist the temptation to work out salvation on our own terms based on past learning and succumb to the denial of the fullness of what's being offered through the application and activation of these lessons.

There was also made, a reference to the listening exercise/meditation that was introduced in the most recent *European Satsang found here.

A little housekeeping with a powerful reminder to rely totally on the Miracle and be willing to let loose our past learnings, our "helpful" rituals, and even including this "Course".

*I feel the Love of God within me now.

7. Simply do this: Be still, and lay aside all thoughts of what you are and what God is; all concepts you have learned about the world; all images you hold about yourself. ²Empty your mind of everything it thinks is either true or false, or good or bad, of every thought it judges worthy, and all the ideas of which it is ashamed. ³Hold onto nothing. ⁴Do not bring with you one thought the past has taught, nor one belief you ever learned before from anything. ⁵Forget this world, forget this course, and come with wholly empty hands unto your God.

Another powerful moment in this joining around the same topic of letting go of concepts, limitations, and the seeming safety of our own self-defined structures where a determination was stressed...either (be) in or out...right here and right now! In this section he gave a powerfully clear warning to beware, "...there's like this seemingly never-ending brick wall of concepts.". And an even more powerful follow-up to that statement, "The concepts are useful for a moment because they give meaning to the principles (and) The principles are only useful if you apply them. It's the application of principles that brings the result! ...Experience is the teacher and it's experience that we're about here!"🎤

Then the joining fell into a bit of Q&A; from which some powerfully transparent questions flowed; which were met with crystal clear responses and a beautiful personal parable and helpful Q&A.

This was a really dense Satsang that continued straight into our Light Session.
So grateful for the generosity of Dear One and all the willing participants, however as Dave was quick to remind me upon expressing this gratitude to him later... All Thanks be to God!
