On July 15th, the night of the Meadowland Pace, Tiger’s horse was victorious in the W. R. Haughton at the Meadowlands. Previously, two years before, Charlie May had won the Meadowlands Pace only to be disqualified. This scenario led to litigation that continues to this day.
