Many people feel a deep dissatisfaction or emptiness deep within them that they attempt to fulfill with change in their outward circumstances, like a different job or new relationship, or they may attempt to escape using drugs or alcohol or some other media. That they just can't figure out what's causing these feelings, all they know is it something is missing in their lives.

Listen, a change in your circumstances or resorting to things that help you escape your present reality are very short-lived solutions, because the empty place in your soul can only be filled by God.

God tells you that He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in your heart and mind, a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy.
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:11‬ ‬

Only God can to feel the eternal void that he placed in you to calls you to have a yearning for him. God made you for himself – have a personal relationship with him through his son Jesus Christ. This means he is the only one who can fill the empty places in your life.

Accumulating more material goods for achieving greater success will never make you feel complete therefore, you should be grateful for whatever the Lord gives you, because your love is to be directed toward him and not toward the things of this world. (1 John 2:15).

There is more to life than this temporal earthly existence that you see. As a born again believer, your most important possession is eternal life in Christ Jesus.

God has clothed you for eternity with the new spiritual self, which is ever in the process of being renewed and remolded into fuller and more perfect knowledge upon knowledge after the image and likeness of God Who created it. Gendis 1:26, Colossians ‭3:10‬

This provides you with a grand entrance into the Kingdom of God, as his precious child, born of the Spirit of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, to be seated in the heavenly places with Christ in Union and Fellowship with Him Forever. Ephesians 2:6

Listen, the Spirit of God testifies with your own spirit there is more to life than what you see. Something more than just being born, living, dying and then being buried in the grave. God has created a god -shaped vacuum inside the human heart that only He can Fill. And also a heaven shaped vacuum, a sense that you were made for something more than this life. You were made to live forever somewhere else. And so you in a real sense were made for heaven.

Jesus said: Do not let your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
